What we handle
Permits, timelines, crew, load-in and load-out, and the run of show. The work that has to go right, and usually decides whether the night does.
Booking the performers, artists, and food and drink partners who set the tone, then coordinating all of them on the day.
Our house system, Harambe, is a heavyweight vintage rig built for rooms of up to 250 people. For larger events we partner with some of the best sound companies in Denver and deliver for crowds of up to 1,000. In both cases we bring the system, tune it to the space, and run it, so you get a proper music night without owning or maintaining the gear.
Ticketing, the event site or booking app, and the screens in the room. The online and on-screen side of the night, which our software team already knows well.
The campaign that fills the room: content, a posting cadence leading up to the night, and a recap afterward, on the channels your audience already uses.
